Peggy died yesterday. She was a wonderful woman and also a clergy spouse. With an ever-ready smile and plate of goodies, she was a grand friend. The daughter of a UM pastor, she didn't live in her own home until she and her husband retired. She was kind and gracious.
We'll all miss the twinkle in her eyes as she told incredible stories at our spouse retreats. We loved her and hope to be as good a Christian witness.

Kathy, I am sorry to hear about Peggy. Is she someone I know?\ I no longer get the email from the conference office since our move got all my regular emails messed up. Could you tell me how to get back on the conference news? I have limited computer abilities. Thanks,

Yes, you probably do know her. Call the conference office, 615-329-1177 and ask to be put on the list serve. I received my info from the TN conference ministers mates. For that information, contact your (or some) DS. OK?
